Pet Policy

Main Street Lofts offers an on-site leash free Bark Park and Pet Spa. We allow two pets per apartment home, with no weight restrictions. Canine breed restrictions do apply. Residents will be pay a $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet at move-in. Pet rent is $25/month per pet. We participate in both Pet Screening and PooPrints – please contact the leasing office for more details.
