We conduct a full turn process, including painting, carpet cleaning or replacing, and a professional cleaner to prepare your new home for move-in.

You do not have to be present unless upon request.

Yes, we have an experienced and certified maintenance team.

You are welcome to call the Leasing Office during business hours at 865-813-5454 or submit a service request within your resident portal.

Residents who are locked out of their home after business hours will need to call a locksmith and then contact the Leasing Office during business hours.

Yes, we have on-site parking, as well as rentable garages.

We offer two beautiful 24-hour clubhouses that feature resident lounge areas, fitness centers, and package services. Our outdoor amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, bark park, pet spa, hammock lounge and outdoor gathering spaces.

Our outdoor amenities are open from 9:00AM - 10:00pm daily.

Yes, we allow two pets per apartment home - breed restrictions apply.

Our apartments are fully equiped with a beautiful stainless steel appliance package which include the following: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer

Yes, through approved Corporate Relocation Companies.

The application process typically takes 24-72 hours, however, this does vary on a case to case basis.

We accept convenient online payments via your resident portal, checks or certified funds.

Renter's insurance is required.

Yes, we do offer an early termination of the lease with a written 60-day notice to vacate, plus an early termination fee equal to two month's base rent, and forfeiture of the security deposit.

You will need to contact the City of Oak Ridge to set up your electric service prior to move-in. The rest is handled by us!

We do not include utility charges within the rental rates.
